The Diono Radian 3RXT has a higher weight limit in the rear-facing mode. It can even be used until the booster mode (up to 120 pounds) – something that is an advantage of the 3RXT against the Boulevard Clicktight.
You can also use the 3RXT up to 57 inches versus the 49 inches limit of the Boulevard Clicktight.

The Diono Radian 3RXT is well known to be a compact seat when you need to install three in a row. That is because of its narrow feature.
However, since it is quite tall, you’ll need a Diono Radian Angle Adjuster* for an older child when it is installed in the rear-facing mode to help you improve the back seat space.

Installing the Britax Boulevard Clicktight using the seatbelt is one of its selling points. Installing it by LATCH is not as easy, though.
The Diono Radian 3RXT installation will need you to pay close attention to some tricks and tips as shared in the videos I have embedded in my separate review of the 3RXT.
**Uninstalling the Britax Boulevard Clicktight is also only easy when it is via the seatbelt installation.

They are also built like tanks and are super heavy – the Boulevard Clicktight being heavier.
You can only hand-wash the seat cover of the Boulevard Clicktight, an advantage for the 3RXT which you can easily throw in the washing machine when the seat cover needs some washing.
Convenience-wise, you’ll come to appreciate the Boulevard Clicktight’s no-rethread harness. Whenever you need to adjust the height of the seat harness to fit different passengers, you just need to move the headrest up and down and the seat harness height will adjust automatically.
The Diono Radian 3RXT’s seat harness will need manual rethreading. You’ll have to remove the seat straps from the seat’s back slits, and you’ll have to manually feed them to the next lower or higher slots, whichever setting it is you need.
When you need to use the Boulevard Clicktight for a younger baby, there’s no additional head support. The Clicktight also doesn’t come with a cup holder by default (although there are sellers* who offer it with a cupholder included).
